    Jazz perks up on sleep drug

    The drugmaker was started with a top rating at Piper Jaffray, which said its sleep-disorder drug is poised for "significant sales growth" and set a price target of $51 on the stock. Analysts see Xyrem sales reaching $500 mil by 2014, up from about $226 bil this year. Piper Jaffray said the drug's penetration in the narcolepsy market is nearly 25% and has room to grow, with generic competitors facing high barriers to entry. Jazz Pharma (NASDAQ:JAZZ - News) climbed 6% to 37.07.
