    Jeewat Bijlani Joins Houghton International as Vice President of Global Business Development

    Houghton International, a global market leader of metalworking fluids, specialty hydraulic fluids and services, welcomes Jeewat Bijlani as vice president of global business development, marketing and strategy. Based in Valley Forge, Pa., Mr. Bijlani will play a key role in Houghton’s global and regional growth initiatives, as well as reinforce Houghton’s new brand and commercial capabilities across the industry.

    Mr. Bijlani brings extensive commercial experience and functional capabilities to Houghton. In his previous role as director of the Private Equity Services Group at Celerant Consulting, he worked to establish the revenue enhancement and private equity practices at Celerant, and led strategic and business transformation engagements for several clients in the chemicals and industrials sector. He led the recent integration of Shell Metal Working Fluids and drove the post-merger integration of DA Stuart into the Houghton organization.

    Prior to joining Celerant in 2006, Mr. Bijlani held various roles in strategic planning, marketing and business development across a variety of industries.

    Mr. Bijlani holds a Master of Business Administration in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (Glendale, Ariz.). He earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics from the University of Mumbai in India.
