Jimmy Kimmel Reads Mean Tweets From Angry Anti-Vaccination Crowd, Then Mocks Them Again (Video)
Jimmy Kimmel took a strong stance against against the anti-vaccine movement last week by airing a blunt message from medical doctors advocating for vaccinations, and responded to the backlash on Monday by reading mean tweets directed at him.
“You’re an idiot, there is just as many doctors against vaccines (sic),” read one tweet, to which Kimmel promptly replied, “No, there aren’t.”

Another mean tweet read: “Jimmy Kimmel is worse than the Priests abusing boys and Bill Cosby drugging girls.”
“So you see, people are taking a reasonable approach to this discussion,” Kimmel joked. “Some of these people are demanding I apologize, which I, of course, will not do.”

“Some are saying I’m attacking families with autism, which is nonsense, because I happen to be in a family with autism,” Kimmel continued. “A lot of these groups are insisting that I present both sides of the argument, and I’m not going to do that either for the same reason that I wouldn’t present both sides if a group of people decided that pancakes make you gay. They don’t, and there’s no point in discussing it.”
Instead, the ABC late-night host took advantage of the attention to further prove his point on the matter by sending “anti-vaccination crusaders” to the streets, where they tried to convince parents of “a child’s right to choose” vaccinations for themselves.

Fortunately for those who trust modern medicine, the crusade doesn’t go so well.
