During his extensive career, he has been an independent mortgage banker, correspondent lender and CRE finance consultant. For more than 10 years he served as a Senior Bank Commercial Loan Officer and Managing Director of the Bank’s commercial mortgage banking activities. He also served as Director of Fixed Asset Financing for an Investment Banking firm while consulting and/or working on a number of commercial finance assignments throughout the United States and Mexico. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on underwriting commercial real estate loans and administrative appraisal review. He is the author of a loan risk rating system (REL Score). Ray has also proudly authored a number of articles on commercial finance.
