    Julia Barr Returning To All My Children As Brooke English

    "All My Children" is adding a heavy hitter to its cast roster for the show's impending return.

    Daytime Emmy winner Julia Barr is returning as Brooke English to the soap, The Online Network announced on Friday.

    Brooke was last seen on "All My Children's" final ABC network airing, in September 2011. She came back briefly to reprise her role as the show bowed out of network television.

    Brooke will join previously announced "AMC" cast members including Darnell Williams (Jesse Hubbard), Debbi Morgan (Dr. Angela Hubbard), Vincent Irizarry (Dr. David Hayward), Lindsay Hartley (Cara Martin), Jordi Vilasuso (Griffin Castillo), Jill Larson (Opal Cortlandt) and Thorsten Kaye (Zach Slater).

    The Online Network expects to announce more casting details in the coming weeks.

    "All My Children" and "One Life To Live" will both return, via Hulu, HuluPlus and iTunes this spring.
