Katie Piper’s Husband Cheers Her Up In Hospital Following Operation
After suffering a horrific acid attack back in 2008, Katie Piper has been forced to spend a lot of time in hospital undergoing various treatments and operations.
However, the gorgeous star thankfully has her lovely family to keep her occupied when the going gets tough, taking to her Instagram account last night to share an adorable photo of herself and her husband in a hospital bed.
Katie married James Sutton last month and looked absolutely thrilled to have him at her bedside, captioning the sweet shot with: “Looking who came to visit me tonight in hospital and has jumped in my bed!
“Husband has arrived with magazine, fudge and silly faces to make me laugh- but laughing hurts my face!!! [sic]”
Magazine, fudge, and silly faces? James certainly knows the way to a girl’s heart.
And it looks like his impromptu visit helped Katie’s recovery, with the mum-of-one sharing another snap of herself getting glammed up this morning, writing: “Whoo hoo discharged from hospital this morning!! Thank you @mauriceflynn and @toby_salvietto for coming onto the ward to get me ready for work today!
“See you all soon @ideal_home_show to talk Confidence at Christmas [sic]”.
This isn’t the first time that Katie has shared an adorable insight into her hospital visits, previously posting heartwarming snaps of her twenty-month-old daughter, Belle, getting to grips with hospital life.
The 32-year-old could be seen cuddling her daughter as she had her blood pressure checked, before sharing another snap of Belle pulling on a pair of surgical gloves as she makes a dash for the door.
It seems to us that Belle might already have her dream career figured out…
