Khloe Kardashian Spills The Beans On Her Weight Loss Trick

In the last few months, Khloe Kardashian’s got noticeably slimmer.

And despite her Instagram feed being filled with photos of her extreme gym workouts and waist training sessions, she says her weight loss isn’t just down to working up a sweat.

The KUWTK star has admitted that she’s had to eliminate some of her favourite foods from her diet and claims cutting them out has helped her shed almost a stone in the last few months.

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” she told New Beauty magazine, in her cover interview.

“In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

The Kardashian’s unrelenting commitment to honing her iconic curves and subsequent has been well documented and this is by no means the first time she’s handed out her weight loss tips in an effort to inspire her fans.

The reality star says she changed her attitude towards health about two years ago, and “decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever.”

But she claims she’s not obsessed with checking her progress. “I don’t really weigh myself but over time – and I’m not crazy about it – but I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting and once you see results you want to see more,” she told Australia’s NOVA FM earlier this year.

Naturally, the 31-year-old’s wealth and status means she can work with the best nutritionists and personal trainer’s around. She works out under the expert eye of Gunnar Peterson, who’s credited for honing the bods of her sister Kim as well as Jennifer Lopez and Sofia Vergara. According to Peterson, she’s an “animal” in the gym.

“No complaining, no bitching, no kvetching. Just gets after it,” he told E! Online. But he stresses that she’s achieved her goals the “right way” and not pushed herself too hard.

“Nothing fast - hard work. It’s steady, hard work and it’s very relatable and her body is banging right now,” he said.
