Kid Mode gives children a variety of high-quality entertainment options while ensuring they do not access areas of your device that are off limits. The most recent update ensured Flash games ran smoothly on Android 4.4, but this application still experienced some lag.
Pros
Multiple lock options: Kid Mode gives you the choice of drawing a Z formation, entering your birth year, or setting a four-digit passcode to exit the software. We saw that this tool helps protect your children and device while being easy for you at the same time.
Fun entertainment: The included game, books, and videos are engaging and professional. Kid Mode also gives you the ability to select other applications on your device that your children can access via this program.
Personalized control: The Parent Dashboard presents various options to control what type of content your child sees as well as what subjects should be promoted more often than others. We tested the storybook recorder and found that the video and sound quality were more than acceptable.
Cons
Some sluggishness: Kid Mode crashed one time during our tests and was often slow to react and load new windows. This may be a concern because children will not be constricted to just this application if it crashes.

Kid Mode is an excellent application that has very few flaws and many great features. Stability and speed are still questionable despite the most recent update. Although Kid Mode is a well-rounded application, we suggest it includes a camera feature for children in a similar manner to that of KIDOZ.
