Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Had ‘Fierce Rows’ Over The First Photo Of Baby Saint

Last week Kim Kardashian finally blessed us with the first photo of her and Kanye West’s three-month-old son, Saint, and although the image was as peaceful and gorgeous as could be there was non-stop stress behind the scenes.

Eek.

According to new sources the parents had fierce arguments about which photo of Saint should be released to the world, with Kimye organizing no less than four photoshoots before settling on a photo.

With Kanye considering himself “the creative director” of the shoot, he wanted their son to be dressed in designer gear and shot by a professional photographer whereas Kim wanted to keep thing simple.

A source told heat magazine: “Kanye considered himself the ‘creative director’ of the shoot, and wanted to get the perfect shot of Saint.

“He wanted him to wear designer clothes he’d had specially commissioned, but Kim kept saying it was ‘stupid’ and ‘inappropriate’ and that she wanted something uncontroversial and simple, which showed the world that Saint is a gorgeous little baby.”

The insider goes on to add that Kanye called in edgy fashion photographer Nick Knight, but Kim was left less than impressed by the snaps. They then moved on to Mario Testino and Nick Saglimbeni but the couple still weren’t satisfied.

And, as it happens, the final image was a whole lot simpler to get, with the source sharing: “In the end it was Kim who took the picture, and she loved it. Over 1,000 photos had been taken by that stage, and she fought Kanye hard to use her one.

“But even then, they couldn’t agree on where the image would appear. Kanye wanted it to go in ‘a fashion mag’, but no one seemed to be interested, which infuriated him. Kim wanted to do a celebrity magazine, but Kanye refused.

“In the end, neither could agree, and so they just said, ‘To hell with it,’ and put it on the app.”

Phew, maybe that’s the real reason why it took us so long to catch a glimpse of their newborn bundle of joy.
