Kim Kardashian attends the E! 2013 Upfront at The Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center on April 22, 2013 …

Kim Kardashian fans waiting with bated breath can exhale - the new mom has finally been seen in public after staying hidden since her daughter's birth in June.

The 32-year-old reality star was photographed with beau Kanye West at a medical building in Los Angeles on Wednesday, with baby North in tow (but concealed in a car seat with a blanket over the front).

Kim kept her post-baby bod under wraps, wearing moccasin-esque Ugg-type boots (with suede fringe!) and black capri leggings.

With her hair down, the reality star sported a long-sleeved, loose-fitting chambray shirt, with a bulky flannel tied around her waist.

This is the first time Kim and baby North, who was born on June 15, have been spotted in public.

Kim has made two video appearances since giving birth (one on mom Kris Jenner's talk show and another in a very brief clip posted on her Twitter account, featuring the star sticking out her tongue).
