    Douglas C. Smith, CPA, CVA and Melinda D'Antuono, CPA, MBA, have teamed up to form a new kind of accounting firm: Axiom CPAs & Advisors (Axiom), which officially opens its business operations today. Axiom will provide small to mid-size businesses and their owners with proactive accounting and tax services aimed at offering clear, effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.

    Axiom is the collaboration of firm Partners, Douglas Smith and Melinda D’Antuono, who combined, have over 30 years experience in the accounting industry. Smith brings with him over 17 years providing the small to mid-size business community with tax, accounting, business valuation, and litigation support services. D’Antuono comes from an extensive “Big 4” accounting background coupled with an ivy-league MBA and entrepreneurial experience. Smith and D’Antuono both worked most recently at Bartolomei Pucciarelli LLC, a public accounting firm located in Lawrenceville, NJ.

    Axiom will provide businesses and their owners with accounting, tax and advisory services, including auditing and financial statement preparation, tax planning and preparation, business valuation and litigation support. Axiom’s Partners have extensive experience serving manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, automotive, real estate, not-for-profit, and service industries.
