    Krasdale Foods Selects AccessVia for Central and In-Store Printing

    AccessVia announces that Krasdale Foods, Inc. has selected AccessVia Web dSignShop for in-store shelf-edge signs and labels. The grocery retailer will use AccessVia software to print shelf-edge materials at a central printing location as well as print in stores using Web dSignShop.

Krasdale Foods will also implement Central SignShop, designed for use by a corporate-run central printing shop or print service provider.

    By combining in-store printing from Web dSignShop with central printing from Central SignShop, retailers can selectively print merchandising programs in the most cost-effective way. Large printing jobs are run at a central facility to take advantage of volume discounts and smaller jobs print in the stores where accuracy and agility are important. All printing, whether done centrally or in stores, is delivered via the same system from the same source of data ensuring that both designs and sign content are always correct and always in sync.
