Kremlin: Russia will ease sanctions on Turkey depending on talks outcome

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia will take measures to ease economic and trade restrictions on Turkey, depending on the result of talks between Moscow and Ankara, the Kremlin said on Thursday. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday ordered Russia's government to start talks with Turkey on resuming trade relations and to drop restrictive measures on Russian tourists visiting the country.
