Such totally gorgeous news just in – Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga have taken time out of their hectic schedules to visit a children’s hospital.

The couple – who made things official just a couple of week’s ago – can be seen paying a visit to the local hospital as part of Tyga’s reality show Kingin’ With Tyga.

Yep, now even Tyga has his own reality show – we wonder where he got that idea from, eh?
Coincidentally, he has also just reportedly also signed up to star in Keeping Up With The Kardashians alongside Kylie – a move producers are saying will be ‘ratings gold’.
Surely soon it’s going to be tough for the pair to go just about anywhere considering the numbers of cameramen who must have to follow suit.

Anyway – back to today - the pair were snapped at the hospital posing for selfies for patients before handing out a whole heap of presents.

Speaking about the visit, the 25-year-old rapper said:
“I think it’s good to work with like a children’s hospital and I’ve been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better. I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids’ faces.”
“It’s a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they’re going through a lot.”

Earlier this month, Kylie was snapped at another hospital where she went to hand out even more pressies ahead of her 18th birthday celebrations showing that this is hardly a one off.
