    L8 Smartlight: Silent Assistant Notifies You About Practically Anything [VIDEO]

    This unusual and useful box can silently notify you of just about anything that happens on the Internet. With 64 LEDs on one side and a super-bright LED on the other, the L8 Smartlight wirelessly connects to your computer or smartphone, giving you visual cues at a glance for re-tweets, likes, e-mail notifications, weather, incoming calls and a whole lot more.

    If you listen to a lot of loud music, or if you want to be notified about what's going on online while you're talking on the phone -- or just can't stand a lot of distracting bleeps and dinging noises while you go about your day -- this could be the perfect device for you.
