Continuing her dominance on social media, pop megastar Lady Gaga has become the first person to rack up 30 million Twitter followers, beating out fellow musicians Justin Bieber and Katy Perry.

TwitterCounter.com had predicted she would reach the milestone this week, although she broke the threshold two days ahead of schedule. Here is the 26-year-old's Twitter following growth over the past few months:

She also has 53.1 million fans on Facebook and 4 million followers on Google+, which she joined in January.

Lady Gaga's LittleMonsters.com social network, which looks similar to Pinterest and has voting functionality like Reddit, opened for everyone to sign up in July.
