    Shame got an NC-17 rating for "explicit sexual content." The first trailer for Steve McQueen's festival favorite hinted at this with lots of clips of Michael Fassbender running.     Why didn't The Marriage Ref become a hit for NBC? Well, hearing celebrities discuss the domestic foibles of regular, unfamous folks has a bit of chilling effect. Also, producer Jerry Seinfeld wasn't the host. As Seinfeld showed on The Late Show last night, this was a mistake, not just because Seinfeld's still a big star, but also because he also has weird, compelling stories about being married. This was on display last night, when he told David Letterman why is dog is named Jose. "[B]ecause I feel like the Mets may lose [shortstop] Jose Reyes," he explained. "It's actually my wife's idea, which is why I love my wife -- she comes up with ideas like this. That's a marriage right there, a wife that says, 'Let's name a dog after the Mets' outgoing shortstop.' That keeps the love alive." See people want to know these things.     Stunningly, documentary director Casey Neistat is the first director we're aware of, professional or otherwise, to set footage of Tuesday night's clearing of Zuccotti Park to Frank Sinatra's version of "New York, New York."  The images and editing are precise and devastating, but really, the concept is so flawless, Neistat could have smeared Vaseline on his camera and it wouldn't lessen the impact of what he shows.
