Mr. Dorsey claims in the lawsuit that benzene exposure led to the development of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

    Over the past several years scientific research and a growing body of case reports associated exposure to benzene with the development of several fatal forms of cancer, leukemia and other conditions, including Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML), Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML), and other severe diseases.
