So is the book-bag manufacturer worried about the potential downturn in letters being sent home inside their product? “Not at all, in fact we welcome it,” says Emma Gilbert marketing manager at Mapac. “Book-bags should be for books and if we can help provide our customers with a proven method of moving away from the bag as a communication vehicle and save paper and the environment in the process, then you bet we are going to promote it!” Emma continues, “We feel that the Scholabo partnership is helping us to differentiate ourselves in what has become a very crowded marketplace.
