At Least Two Dead as Tornadoes, Snowstorms Sweep Through Central United States

In a weekend of extreme weather, two people were reported killed and dozens injured as tornadoes hit South Dakota, Texas, Iowa, and Arkansas on Sunday, reported The Associated Press.

Further west, a spring storm dropped heavy snow on areas of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado, USA Today reported, while Tropical Storm Ana made landfall along the coast of South Carolina, bringing major rainfall and flooding.
