LG made a splash at CES 2015, announcing a brand new flagship device that happens to be its most powerful Android smartphone to date. In addition to offering users a different kind of smartphone shape than they might be used to, the G Flex 2 also packs top hardware, which means it should offer buyers a terrific experience.

Set to launch in South Korea later this month, followed by other markets in the coming months, the G Flex 2 is certainly an interesting alternative for buyers who are currently looking for a brand new smartphone.

The handset features at 5.5-inch Full HD Curved P-OLED display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, 2GHz 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16/32GB of storage, microSD support, 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, NFC, 3,000 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Buyers looking to compare the G Flex 2 to the newest smartphones available in stores should check out the table below, which pits LG’s latest phone against the Motorola Nexus 6, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the iPhone 6 an the iPhone 6 Plus.
