Lifetime downsizes Jennifer Love Hewitt’s assets on ‘Client List’ poster

Since the 1990s there has been a fascination with Jennifer Love Hewitt’s body. Now, Lifetime, has gone and done the unthinkable.

On a poster advertising Hewitt’s latest television series, “The Client List,” the network downsized her God-given assets from busty to, well, not-so-busty.

The motivation behind this appalling act is unclear, especially since the series features a barely-clothed Hewitt as Riley Parks — a struggling mother of two who moonlights as a masseuse at a spa that provides happy endings.

Lifetime is a network geared towards women, which could explain the de-sexualization of the poster. But the show’s premise is about a woman getting handsy while wearing skimpy lingerie, so it doesn’t make too much sense.

Hewitt responded to the poster Friday on the “Kevin & Bean” radio show with similar confusion: “Somebody sent me a copy of the photograph, and I was like, ‘Um, what happened?’”

“I’m not quite sure what’s going on,” she continued. “But apparently somebody wanted me to have a boob reduction.”
