An A-list celeb has finally offered to perform at Trump’s inauguration
The struggle has proved to be oh so real for President-elect Donald Trump as he frantically searches for celebrities to perform at his inauguration on January 20.
Though Trump has been shut down by some big names like Elton John, things began to look up on Friday, when one bold and talented A-list celebrity straight-up offered to perform.
Who? Well, Alec Baldwin, of course.

Baldwin, who you may know as the actor who plays Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live, is not a big fan of the president-elect.
Nevertheless, he saw what a hard time Trump was having booking decent entertainment, so he decided to help the guy out by volunteering to sing the classic AC/DC song, "Highway to Hell" on his big night.
What a guy, right?
On Friday, the official Twitter account for the Alec Baldwin Foundation explained why Trump's inauguration day is so important: it begins the countdown to him leaving the White House.

3- but Inauguration Day means the beginning of the countdown to when he will be gone. And he will be gone.

Baldwin retweeted the three tweets, along with his proposed song choice to his personal account, as well.
I wanna perform at Trump's inauguration.

We're not sure how Trump will take this offer, considering he recently bashed Baldwin's SNL skits over Twitter and the actor fired back without missing a beat.
...@realDonaldTrump
Release your tax returns and I'll stop.

But TBH Trump may end up taking Baldwin up on his comical offer to sing about the future destruction of our country, because quite frankly his options aren't looking great.
So far, former America's Got Talent contestant Jackie Evancho is set to sing the inauguration's National Anthem, and The Beach Boys are reportedly considering a performance, as well.
On Thursday it was reported that the Radio City Rockettes would be dancing at the inauguration. However, word quickly spread that the Rockettes' union, the American Guild of Variety Artists, was reportedly forcing all full-time Rockettes to perform. Upon hearing this, people became outraged and it was later announced that the decision to participate will be the dancers' choice.

Either way, Trump has made it pretty clear he doesn't need any A-list celebrities in his life, and all he cares about are the "people."
The so-called "A" list celebrities are all wanting tixs to the inauguration, but look what they did for Hillary, NOTHING. I want the PEOPLE!

But Chrissy Teigen isn't buying it.
Hi - we are people. You are our president too. I don't want you to be, but u are. Also we ALL know you are dying without the approval, dear https://t.co/NaVU1iDban

But have fun with DJ Buttcrack spinning the hot shit and Lil Banana dropping bars at your inauguration https://t.co/NaVU1iDban

No matter who Trump ends up booking for his inauguration, lets hope Baldwin at least belts out "Highway to Hell" on SNL.
