'The Little Black Jacket': After star-studded Tokyo launch, visit Chanel's online expo

Following the launch of Chanel's The Little Black Jacket exhibition in Tokyo, the label unveiled a digital exhibition honoring the garment March 23.

This week stars including Sarah Jessica Parker, Alice Dellal and Carine Roitfeld attended the opening of the expo in Tokyo, which will run from March 24 to April 15 in the Japanese city. See highlights from the launch at http://youtu.be/kyqp6ttJStk.

But with fashion houses increasingly taking their exhibitions online -- Valentino even launched its own virtual museum last year -- Chanel fans from across the globe can also benefit from the launch of http://thelittleblackjacket.chanel.com/.

The digital exhibition showcases 113 pictures of celebrities and personalities such as Dakota Fanning and Leigh Lezark in black jackets taken by Karl Lagerfeld.

The exhibition comes ahead of the launch later this year of new book The Little Black Jacket: Chanel's classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld, which features a host of famous faces wearing various interpretations of Chanel's iconic little black jacket.
