Live from New York: Trump to host SNL

Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump will exercise his comedy muscles as the host of NBC’s live sketch show “Saturday Night Live” next month. The former “Celebrity Apprentice” host will be the headliner of the Nov. 7 show. This is the second time Trump has hosted the venerable comedy institution, also appearing in April 2004. Trump has been ratings gold for nearly every television outlet he has touched since his candidacy took off this summer, and the main reason behind record viewership for the two GOP candidates’ debates in August and September.
