This is when you’ll finally be able to preorder Google’s amazing new Nexus 6

The Nexus 6 is bigger and more expensive than any previous Nexus-branded smartphone, but that doesn’t mean certain Android fans aren’t eager to buy the Motorola-made handset. The device has already been listed on Google’s Play Store pages well ahead of its actual launch, with the company reminding potential customers they’ll soon be able to purchase it online.

The phone will be available in two storage versions, including 32GB ($649) and 64GB ($699), with buyers being able to order one directly from Google starting with October 29th, the same date Google mentioned when announcing the phone last week. The company has not yet revealed when the handset will be shipped, although more details on the matter should be announced once preorders start.

Unlike in previous years, when only certain U.S. carriers sold Nexus handsets, the Nexus 6 will also be available from the country’s main carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon, although launch details for them aren’t available at this time either.

In addition to the Nexus 6, Google will also sell two other brand new Nexus devices in its Play Store this year, including the Nexus 9 (already available for preorder), and the Nexus Player (listed as out of stock at this time).
