IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - An Iowa City elementary school student has been charged in connection with lighting a girl's hair on fire. Iowa City Police Sgt. Troy Kelsay says the 13-year-old on Friday walked behind a girl and used a lighter to set her hair on fire. He then put out the fire. Full Story »
