During the public input portion of the December 7 St. James City Council meeting, citizens brought concerns about stray animals and how they are currently handled in the city. A financial advisor has been selected to aid in financing electrical upgrades that will be taking place throughout St. James. The cities of Rolla and St. James are currently in talks with Ameren UE to purchase the Phelps substation at the Highpoint Industrial Park. Full Story »
