Milton Lattimore, age 21, of East St. Louis, Illinois, was charged by the St. Clair County State's Attorney's office with three counts of First Degree Murder.   • Audit Finds Problems With St. Louis Police Towing Contract

    A state audit has determined that St. Louis police failed to adequately monitor towing operations of a contractor, resulting in underpayment to the city of $454,000. State Auditor Susan Montee was in St. Louis on Tuesday to disclose findings of the audit.
