  • New Land Agreement Preserves 'Ulupalakua as a Working Ranch

  • A Keiki's Dream 'Plants' Angel Tree at Maui Mall

  • A Dr. Seuss Christmas and Book Sale at Makawao Library

  • Home 4 the Holidays

    The Maui Humane Society (MHS) has teamed with nearly 3,500 shelters from around the world to participate in the annual “Home 4 the Holidays” pet adoption campaign through Jan. 4, 2010. The Maui shelter’s goal is to find forever homes for 250 animals in need. To date, MHS has completed 77 successful adoptions and needs your help to make or break the goal. Full Story »

  • North Shore Beach Parks Close Due to High Surf

    Due to high surf and dangerous shore break conditions, Maui County announced an additional day of closure for Baldwin Beach and Ho‘okipa Beach parks.
