    An Arlington woman, who allegedly killed her husband, is out of jail. The once wife of a University of Texas at Arlington professor was only able to secure her freedom after producing a drastically reduced bond amount.   • State Unemployment Tax On Businesses To Triple

    Two-thirds of Texas businesses will see the unemployment taxes they pay per employee per year nearly triple from $23.40 to $64.80 under rates announced Tuesday by the Texas Workforce Commission. The minimum tax is paid by nearly 255,000 employers, or 67 percent of those who have been in business for at least a year, according to the commission. Full Story »

  • Report: Millions in U.S. Drink Dirty Water
