    BHS volleyball heading to state! 11/9/2009 By: Dan Ford The Bayfield Lady Wolverine Volleyball team lost its first game of the season last Saturday while hosting one of four regional meets around Colorado but the team showed the heart of champions with a 3-0 sweep of second seed Faith Christian in the following game to win the regional tournament and advance to state.     The Pine River Times has received a short-term reprieve from having to close its doors. An anonymous donor has paid for the next two weeks’ of the paper’s printing, as well as last week’s, at a cost of more than $1,900. Full Story »

  • Bobcats take on Meeker tomorrow

    The Ignacio Bobcats head into 1A regional football action tomorrow against the Meeker Cowboys. The game is at home at 1 p.m. Admission is $5 for students and senior citizens, and $7 for adults. Only CHSAA passes will be accepted. Full Story »
