    The 51-year-old mother of three men who were involved in the death of New Mexico Tech student Garrett Joe, in June 2008, was ordered in district court on Nov. 23, to undergo a 60-day evaluation for tampering with evidence related to the crime.   • One injured on Monday in single-car roll over on I-25

    Inclement weather may have contributed to an accident on Interstate 25, near Mile Marker 161, about 10 miles north of Socorro. A woman was driving southbound on I-25 approximately 8:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 30, when the single-car crash occurred. The vehicle rolled over into the median and came to rest on its top.
