Stephen Moser, a society and fashion writer for Austin Chronicle, has plead guilty to criminal mischief a  Class A Misdemeanor which is step down from the arson charges he was facing.  Moser, 51, was arrested by AFD for setting a car on fire inside the City Hall parking garage on March 13.
