      BOISE -- A second wolf hunting zone is closed for the season. Hunters reached the limit of 15 wolves in the McCall-Weiser zone in west-central Idaho.     BOISE - A toddler is dead after he stopped breathing while napping last week in Twin Falls. The child's babysitter went to check on him Wednesday afternoon and said he was not breathing.
