• LARCENY: Derrick L. Tyson, 24, 1357 Linwood Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny for allegedly failing to repay a $100 debt owed to Lockport City Court since 2008. A police report said that back on April 27, 2008, Tyson was arrested on aggravated unlicensed operation and various drug charges and was released on $500 cash bail at the Lockport Police Department.
