KEENE — The two incumbent candidates for Keene Town Council easily won re-election Tuesday, beating out two challengers. In unofficial totals, Bob Biesemeyer won a fourth term with 278 votes. Paul Martin won his eighth term with 202 votes, saying this term would be his last. Full Story »
