    Dwain Leslie, 47, of 448 E. 4th St., Uhrichsville, was arrested Sunday and held in the county jail on an eight-hour hold on charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct by intoxication after police were called to his residence at about 9:03 p.m. on a report that he pulled a woman’s hair and threw her to the ground.
