  • Detectives Release Name of Homicide Suspect

    Fresno County Sheriff's Detectives have released the name of a suspect in a stabbing death in San Joaquin Monday. 21 year old Carlos Rodriguez is wanted for robbery, and questioning regarding the incident.   • Funeral Service for 4 Year Old

  • Body Of Fallen Soldier Returns Home

    The body of a fallen soldier from Merced returned home from Iraq Friday. Servicemen carried the casket that held the body of Private First-Class Lukas Hopper.   • City Council Approves Residential Metered Water Rates

    Fresno City Council voted to approve the implementation of metered water rates for Fresno residents. The meters will be installed beginning in January 2010. Public Utilities officials say if your water usage is at a constant pace, you won't see much difference, but that you will see a seasonal fluctuation.   • Accused Killer Makes Unorthodox Plea Deal

    An accused killer has accepted a plea deal, based on a somewhat unorthodox request. 30 year old Kenneth Wilson is accused of shooting to death 41 year old Julio Barajas during a car jacking back in February of 2008.   • Suspect in Officer Involved Shooting Arrested

    After hours of searching for a man involved in an officer involved shooting, the suspect is now behind bars. 22 year old Dedrick Mitchell was found at around 1am in an apartment in the 2000 block of South Chance.
