  • Police Search For Suspect In Alleged Abduction Attempt

    Police are searching for a man they say tried to abduct a pregnant woman at knifepoint in Lexington. The incident happened Thursday at around noon at the Downtown Lexington Transit Center.   • Mason County Boy Badly Injured In Mobile Home Fire

    A four-year-old Mason County boy suffered serious injuries Friday afternoon and his father was also injured after a fire broke out in their mobile home. The fire broke out at about noon at the home, located on Kentucky 11 near Maysville.     A fire damages a Lexington home Friday afternoon. No one was in the home when the fire broke out. Firefighters were called to the scene around 2pm on Meadowthorpe Drive.   • Search is On for Mt. Vernon Mayor

    An arrest warrant has been issued for the mayor of Mount Vernon after a grand jury indicted her on several charges earlier today. So far, state police have been unsuccessful in finding Mayor Clarice Kirby.   • Nicholasville Crash Kills One

    One man is dead following a crash on US-27 Thursday night. Police say witnesses told them a car driven by 58-year-old John Lawson suddenly veered out of control and across three lanes of traffic colliding head-on with another car.   • Toys for Military Families

    The Kentucky Bluegrass Association of Realtors made the holiday a little merrier for some National Guard families today. Christmas toys were delivered to more than 350 military family members. The toys go to members of the Kentucky National Guard Family Assistance Program.
