  • Police Find Car, No Sign Of Driver Involved In Hit And Run

    Lexington Police have released the name of the man they are looking for in a hit and run accident. At approximately 10:10 Saturday night, Anthony Gibbs, 24, was crossing eastbound on Nicholasville Road in front of the Five Guys Restaurant when he was hit by a car.   • Search Continues For Missing Casey Co. Man

    Searchers were back out in Casey County this weekend looking for a missing man. It's been one month since anyone has seen or hear from Charles Randolph. Earlier today his family helped organize another search of a pond near the 55-year-old's home in Yosemite. The family says cadaver dogs picked up on some kind of scene, but that did not lead to any clues. His family is offering a $5,000 reward ... Full Story »

  • Kentucky State Police Investigating Injury Accident

      Kentucky State Police are investigating a crash that happened Sunday afternoon in Casey County. David Stout, 22, was operating a motor scooter when he attempted to pull on to East Kentucky 80 from Merritt Ridge Road and collided with a 1995 Nissan Altima being operated by Jason McKinney, 32.   • Jockey On The Mend

    Jockey Julia Brimo continues to improve at U. K. Hospital. Brimo was taken to the hospital after she was thrown from her horse during a race at Keeneland on October 30. Sources said the jockey suffered head and neck injuries in the accident. Brimo is a native of Canada and was riding in just her third race of the Keeneland fall meet.   • Local Pilot Involved In Helicopter Crash

    The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a crash after a local pilot and Lexington Police, Officer Don Evans and a student were involved in a helicopter crash. The accident happened around 4:30 Saturday afternoon at the Georgetown Airport on Paris Pike in Scott County.
