  • Feds Begin To Seize Broward Lawyer's Property

    Federal agents were in the process of seizing the property of a prominent South Florida attorney who is at the center of a federal fraud investigation. Agents descended on the posh home of embattled attorney Scott Rothstein on Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale.   • Exclusive: Father Dueppen Talks About Being A Dad

    Father David Dueppen said when he learned the former exotic dancer he had been carrying on an affair with was pregnant, he was "nervous and excited." Dueppen's comments came during a videotaped deposition taken last week as part of the ongoing custody struggle.   • Three Teens In Brewer Case Charged As Adults

    Three of the five teenagers accused of setting 15-year-old Michael Brewer on fire last month will be charged as adults and have since been moved from the juvenile detention center to BSO's Main Jail in Ft.   • Fl. Gov't Searches For 18,000 Missing Buildings

    The State of Florida is looking for help finding something you'd think would be hard to lose; approximately 18,000 buildings, owned by the taxpayers of Florida, that state officials can't quite put their fingers on.   • Tire Flies Off Dania Beach Ambulance During Call

    A Dania Beach Fire Rescue vehicle needed a little rescuing of its own Monday after a tire flew off it while responding to a call. The crew in the vehicle was heading east on Griffin Road around 10 a.m. in response to an emergency call when a front tire flew off the vehicle in the 23 hundred block and slammed into the window of an office building.   • Investigators Go Over Everglades Plane Wreckage

    Neighbors 4 Neighbors would like to thank all those who packed a South Beach fundraiser for the Broward teen set on fire. Fifteen-year old Michael Brewer suffered burns over two-thirds of his body after five other teens held him down set him on fire in a dispute over money, according to BSO detectives.   • One Person Killed In Small Plane Crash In Broward

    A small plane crashed into the Florida Everglades Sunday night killing one person, according to Kathleen Bergen, spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration.
