    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY - Police arrested Philip Charles Cassera, 43, on suspicion of criminal damage and disorderly conduct, both per domestic violence, at approximately 11:36 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Highway 95. Police said Cassera was damaging a trailer that belongs to his girlfriend by attempting to puncture the tires with a knife and crow bar. Full Story »
