Dshaun Pickens, 10, was last seen leaving his home on Fawn Circle at about 6:40 p.m. Monday, wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack with red and silver lettering, according to the Sacramento Police Department.     A prominent deacon of the Baptist Church in Cool in El Dorado County has been arrested for molesting two Sacramento area girls. 65 year old Robert "Bob" Cowan was arrested by Sacramento County child molest detectives.
