    At approximately 2:18 p.m., Monday, the Flora Police began receiving 911 calls regarding an elderly woman who was being attacked by a dog, in what police later called, “A tragic accident.” By the time police arrived at the 200 block of Austin Avenue, there was little they could do for 85-year-old Rosie L.
