    22-year-old Anthony Spidle is accused of beating his ex-girlfriend's dog with a skateboard and tennis racket in March of this year.Prosecutors say Spidle beat the dog while leaving his ex-girlfriend a phone message. She later told police that she could hear the dog yelping in the background.During a pre-trial conference on Monday, the judge set a trial date for November 19th. Full Story »
