  • IRS: 1,500 taxpayers still haven't received their refunds

    More than 1,500 taxpayers in San Diego County are being sought by the Internal Revenue Service to give them money, the agency announced Monday. Refund checks worth a total of $1.5 million have been returned as undeliverable because of incorrect addresses in the county, the IRS said. That works out to an average of $1,015 per taxpayer.   • Pfizer to consolidate research and development
