  • Clary convicted of kidnapping, rape

    After a three day trial, a jury in Girard convicted Joshua Clary, Pittsburg, of Aggravated Kidnapping, Rape and Criminal Threat for an incident occurring on June 2 in Pittsburg.   The jury was deadlocked on one count of aggravated assault.  Clary will be held in the Crawford County Jail pending sentencing scheduled for January 25, 2010.  Clary will be facing over 14 years in prison.
