  • COURT BEAT: 15-year-old sentenced for homicide

    Antwuan Taylor , a 15-year-old, was sentenced today in connection to a murder from April 2008. Taylor, who was tried as a juvenile, pleaded guilty in November to first deggree murder in connection to the murder of Charles McElroy. The homicide occurred in the area of 32nd and Brown in Kansas City, Kan. He will spent the maximum in the Juvenile Correctional Facility until he turns 22-and-a-half ... Full Story »

Reader Joseph Moore asked the following:   "After the Wyandotte County Election Commissioner validated over 900 of the signatures", the UG and BPU filed objections in November.
