  • MOSA approves hiring of director

    By a five-to-three vote, MOSA's board of directors has agreed to hire Dennis Heaton, the Authority's former operations director, as executive director. Heaton, who is Montgomery County's solid-waste director, is now negotiating with the Montgomery-Otsego-Schoharie Solid Waste Authority to determine conditions of employment, according to MOSA's board chairman John Thayer.
