  • Krispy Kreme Settles Sewer Grease Suit

    Doughnut maker Krispy Kreme has settled a long-running dispute with Fairfax County over whether grease from a Lorton factory was clogging the county's sewers.  The two parties settled out of court for $750,000, seven months after the county filed suit against North Carolina-based Krispy Kreme.
